To celebrate its reopening, The Bungalow Kitchen will host a special one-night-only charity event on September 24 from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., hosted by John and Caitlin Stamos, Long Beach Mayor Rex Richardson and Brent Bolthouse. The one-night-only evening will feature an immersive experience of community spirit, artisan cocktails, and locally-inspired seasonal bites, bringing neighbors together to foster significant connections while championing the Mayor’s Fund for Long Beach and its dedicated efforts to enhance the local landscape.
Tickets are $75 per person with all proceeds benefiting the Mayor’s Fund for Long Beach.

The Bungalow Kitchen is open, and its next chapter has begun. Reimagined, but still unmistakably itself.
Leading the kitchen is Chef Eric Samaniego, a familiar face to Long Beach diners from his years at local favorite Michael’s on Naples. Chef Eric brings his signature handmade pastas, Bolognese, and Italian sensibility, alongside the French bistro fundamentals that shaped his early career. Every plate is built on organic, regeneratively sourced ingredients, because better sourcing shouldn’t mean sacrificing flavor.
The space has evolved too. Dine on our Marina Patio overlooking Alamitos Bay, or inside the Main House, where a dining room sits alongside the bar and a relaxed lounge, with Chef Eric’s full dinner menu served throughout. The Sun Room is our new private dining room for intimate gatherings. And yes, the Game Room and its pool table are still here.
A neighborhood bistro rooted in exceptional food, genuine hospitality, and a distinctly Long Beach sense of place. Dinner service is now open, with weekend brunch and our Sunset Sips happy hour coming soon.
